Recipients are provided with meals on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Throughout the month, twelve volunteer cooking teams prepare a meal for 25-30 people in the kitchen located at False Bay Hospital.
Each meal consists of a meat dish, vegetables and fruit.
MEAL DELi-VERY
Once the meals have been packaged up, they are collected from the hospital kitchen at 9.30 am by a team of volunteer drivers to be delivered directly to each recipient.
Volunteer delivery teams consist of 1 x driver and 1 x hopper.
